With Kyle in the hospital, Brandon struggles with his feelings and ultimately takes an extreme step. As Jaime and Grace continue to rebuild their friendship, Alexis grows increasingly unstable. Zack and Whitney find that moving on with their lives is easier said than done. Meanwhile, Aaron gives Whitney the surprise of a lifetime.
