Terrier Nation Episode 3.6

February Showers To Bring March Flowers?

From the end of winter to the beginning of spring, this episode of Terrier Nation will wrap up Men's Ice Hockey but preview the upcoming season for the Women's Lacrosse team. Sadly, the Men's Ice Hockey's season finally came to an end after a loss to the Vermont Catamounts in the Hockey East semi-finals. We'll go over the highlights of the game and close out their season. Chris Talanian was able to steal senior captain Molly Collins of the Women's Lacrosse team for a few moments and ask her about the upcoming season. Already tearing through the league, the Terriers are looking forward to another successful season both in the league and nationally. Since we can't afford to go to all the away games, Lexie O'Connor and Amy Bryson will tell us what we missed out on from Swimming and Diving to Women's Lacrosse and Outdoor Track and Field. The Women's Lacrosse team is now ranked number 11 in the country and isn't showing any signs of slowing down. James Sherrill interview Coach Liz Robertshaw about her season expectations. Even though the Men's Lacrosse team isn't a varsity sport at BU, they still play against top-tier teams like UConn in the Pioneer League. The Terriers hosted the Huskies last week and we highlight their home opener on Nickerson Field. Melissa Parrelli kept busy this week as she interviewed Griff and Cliff Nash of the Club Ice Hockey team to check out their crib for Dog House and also gives us a preview of the Men's Club Baseball team. On this week's Dog Walk, Mike Sullivan watches his step on the ice as he finds out what the sport of broomball is all about. With another Top 5 plays of the week, we have everything from Griff Nash brushing his teeth to the UConn's backup goalie knocking his own teammate out? You'll have to watch it to believe us. Check it out!
