On That Point Episode 2.1

October 11, 2007

On That Point returns for its second season with a brand new look and some new faces. One familiar face, however, is host/creator Neil St. Clair, returning from a semester abroad to take the reins once again. OTP's first show of the season was heated as usual, as panelists debated "all the angles on all the issues." OTP correspondent/panelist Monika Plocienniczak also checked in with an in-depth look at S-CHIP and Hillary Clinton. This show's rundown also included an overview of the presidential primary season, a discussion on Congress's recognition of the Armenian genocide, the Supreme Court's examination of voter registration laws, an update on the Riots in Burma and the controversy surrounding COM's new study abroad policy. We also discussed Pedro Zapeta and illegal immigration, the expulsion of white farmers from Zimbabwe, the removal of British troops from Iraq, drunken firefighters and the Russian government's "sex incentives."
