About Bay State
Bay State is the nation's longest-running college soap opera. Created in 1991, Bay State is currently in its 22nd season and is entirely student run. In the past, guest stars have included Days of our Lives actors Kristian Alfonso, Alison Sweeney, and Austin Peck, America's Next Top Model contestant Sarah Hartshorne, and The Daily Show host Jon Stewart.

Set at fictional Beacon Hill College in Boston, Bay State follows the lives of its not-so-normal college students as they attempt to traverse the long road to graduation. Like any soap opera, scheming, sex, and sometimes even murder abound on Boston University's Guiltiest Pleasure.
